We are proud to announce the launch of LanoPro Multi Grease WRM2.
LanoPro Multi Grease WRM2 is a calcium sulphonate grease providing superior performance benefits in the highly aggressive conditions experienced in the marine environment, it is a high quality multipurpose grease that can be used in marine, industrial and automotive applications within given temperature limits.
We have in particular developed this product for wire rope manufacturers. Through our discussions with our customers, we have received several requests from various wire rope manufactures around the world for such a product. This grease has been developed in cooperation with one of the biggest wire rope producers in the world. Good internal lubrication of a wire rope is essential for the life span and the quality operation of a wire rope. By using LanoPro Multi Grease WRM2 a wire rope manufacturer can cost efficiently enhance the performance of their offering to the market.
In addition, the LanoPro Multi Grease WRM2 a true multipurpose product. Examples of applications could be, ship general machinery lubricant, it is specifically developed to provide enhanced protection for wire ropes. However, it is also suitable for lightly loaded open gears usuall found in marine environments. LanoPro Multi Grease WRM2 is also suitable for use on a wide range of deck equipment where it will protect and lubricate hinges, turnbuckles, screws, fair leads etc. For multipurpose applications a grease gun may be used with LanoPro Multi Grease WRM2. For wire ropes we recommend to use a pressure lubricator system such as Viper or similar. We have experienced with our customers that it gives a more even coating and penetrates the wire rope more deeply into the core. Alternatively, traditional application methods can be used for wire ropes and open gears.
